In this role I documented patient data such as diagnoses, therapies and follow-up data for clinical patients. Tools for documentation I used are GTDS and Orbis in accordance with DRG, the International Classification of Diseases, ICD-10 and the operational procedure standards published by Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte. Non-conformities in the monitored key values were reported to management.
For Certification process of Colorectal Center, certified by DKG I coordinated the Data Sheet. Created Dashboards of KPIs for surveillance, benchmarking and drafted standard operating procedures. The Kaplan-Meier plot of surgery and other treatment methods were analyzed with R Project.
Worked within a cross-functional team on process development and continual improvement. Drawn flowcharts to better explain the process of managing medical information letters to external recipients of all clinical centers using Excel. Implemented mail merge feature using Word and Excel.
Trained new employees as part of their onboarding process. Managed new requirements for our clinical information system between clinical coordinators and IT department and created a preview of the inquiry for both groups.

I startet an advanced training in Java and learned R Project for statistics, data analysis methods such as regression analysis and chi-squared tests.
