In 2026, the ‘Golden Apple’ is one of the houses that was demolished in the old Judengasse in Frankfurt am Main. The stones were probably used to build the vaulted cellar of a newer building commissioned by Joseph
Moses Rindskopf in 1809. The building was later used as a bookshop, run by a spice merchant in the early 20th century, and since 2022 has housed a Japanese supermarket, Iimori.

In 2026, Co ma pieróg do wiatraka? What does a dumpling have to do with a windmill? What is the connection between the two? Windmills must always be turned into the wind so that the wind can blow against the sails. As winds change direction, the plane of the sail cross must be re-oriented to face the wind, which means the entire structure must be turned.
